PORTFOLIO / EXPERIENCE
Work, learning and contribution.
A developing record of organisational leadership, professional learning, participation and public engagement across different settings.
From organisational leadership to frontline social work experience, these roles have shaped how I understand the relationship between people, professional responsibility and the wider systems influencing their lives.
Each brings a different perspective on how institutions operate, how decisions affect people's experiences and what meaningful change requires in practice.
Where ideas meet practice.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & LEADERSHIP
ORGANISATIONAL LEADERSHIP
YOUTHOOD
Founder & CEO. Developing organisational strategy, partnerships and approaches to youth development, participation and systems change.
PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Social Work
Undergraduate study at Manchester Metropolitan University, informed by practice learning and engagement with social welfare and public systems.
Academic & practice development
Meaningful change is rarely developed or delivered in isolation. Through national networks, advisory forums and youth-led initiatives, I contribute to wider conversations on participation, opportunity, lived experience and institutional change.
These spaces provide opportunities to share perspectives, learn from others and contribute to the collective thinking shaping policy, professional practice and social development.
Contributing beyond my own spaces.

FEEDBACK & REFLECTIONS
The most meaningful measure of a contribution is not always what was said, but what it helped others consider, question or carry forward.
Reflections from organisers, collaborators and participants offer another perspective on the conversations, sessions and initiatives I've been involved in.
The value of a conversation is shared.
“Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us and share your research, reflections and perspective. The team came away from your session in a very positive and reflective mood, and I know I also came away with more ideas of questions to ask children and families to try explore identity in more detail and supporting the ‘whole child’. I think you came across very natural, personable and there was a great balance of lived experience, research and the voices of others with lived experience too. I also felt that your explanation around identity formation over early, middle and later childhood was very helpful and can be used with our adoptive families to encourage them to prioritise this from an earlier stage.”
